Most of us have stretch marks on various parts of our body. While some may attribute their stretch marks to pregnancy, others may have gained their marks by gaining or losing weight. If the stretch marks are on the stomach or back of the legs, then this can make you self conscious.
You can try some simple home remedies to help these scars fade quickly.
The easiest remedy is using some Vitamin E oil. A capsule of this vitamin can be used. Puncture the capsule and apply the oil on your stretch marks. It has generally been observed that this remedy works best when you use the Vitamin E oil on slightly damp skin, so you can try this on your skin right after your bath. Rub in the oil and allow it to be absorbed into the skin. Honey is another product from your kitchen that you can use on your scars. You can use coffee grounds on your scar too. Simply mix them with some lotion and apply on the scars. Let this dry on your skin, and wipe it away with a damp cloth. You can make an easy mask with one tablespoon of sour cream, one tablespoon of yogurt, a tablespoon of oatmeal and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix well and apply on your scars. Let it dry and then wash off.
