Tinnitus advice and natural treatment

Ringing in the ears is a medical condition commonly known as tinnitus. There could be several causes for tinnitus, but it is primarily caused due to some kind of damage in that part of the inner ear which is responsible for human beings' ability to interpret sounds into legible meaning. The inner ear is the most delicate part of the ear, and any infection or damage can cause tinnitus.

The first thing you would need to do is determine the causes for the sounds you are hearing. One cause for tinnitus could be prolonged exposure to extremely loud noises on a regular basis. This means the possibility of some sort of continuous surrounding sound in the place where you live or work. It is possible that you have gotten so used to this sound that it no longer registers consciously, but this can impact your hearing. If this is the case, you would need to keep your ears covered with ear protectors or plain cotton balls.

Pour a few drops of freshly squeezed onion juice in the ear and let it stand for about five minutes. This will help to clear out any dirt that is present in your ear. Spilling an excess of saline solution in the ear and letting this stay for about 15 minutes will help clear out sticky deposits. Hydrogen peroxide can also be used for the same purpose. This will also raise the dirt to the surface and make it easier to clean.
