Fibromyalgia natural treatment Fibromyalgia is a condition that is related to arthritis. A person suffering from Fibromyalgia complains of extreme fatigue and general muscle pains. A lack of sleep is generally one of the primary reasons for the development of this condition.
The lack of sufficient sleep can cause fatigue and is also related to the muscle pains. As a result of the fatigue and the muscle pains, people suffering from Fibromyalgia find that their physical activities are limited. A person suffering from Fibromyalgia will notice swellings and often experience a tingling sensation.
Some parts of the body may become numb too.
A person suffering from Fibromyalgia can find relief by taking ginger regularly. Garlic is another ingredient that should be eaten regularly. The diet of a person suffering from Fibromyalgia should consist mainly of salads with a simple dressing, vegetable soups and juices, vegetables like squash, zucchini and pumpkin and spices like cumin, ginger, fennel and asafetida. A person suffering from Fibromyalgia should avoid eating food that is oily and spicy. Vegetables like okra, egg plant, cauliflower, and broccoli should be avoided. Tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, food stuffs with white flour and sugar are all to be avoided.
Sufficient sleep is absolutely necessary and the patient should avoid stress. Practicing yoga is a good option to reduce stress and learn to relax.
