Fatigue home remedies All of us feel tired at the end of a hard day's work. But it appears as if you are talking about regular or chronic fatigue. If you find that you are constantly feeling tired and that you are unable to summon the energy to do anything even in the morning, then you should consult your doctor.
You have not mentioned your age or when exactly you experience this fatigue. If you have noticed any other symptoms like sudden weight loss, water retention in some parts of your body, then you should immediately consult your doctor since this could be a symptom of a more serious medical condition.
For general tiredness, you can try ensuring that you get adequate sleep.
Most of us are usually sleep deprived and unaware of this! You should ensure that you get at least eight to ten hours sleep every night. Alter your diet to include food that is high in fibers, proteins. You should eat fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of fruit juices. You should eat at least one egg a day and drink milk. If you are overweight for your height, you should consider losing weight since this could be the reason for your fatigue. Ensure that you exercise regularly. You should also take up some relaxation techniques since stress can cause you to feel tired.
