Arthritis natural treatment

If you have arthritis, the first thing you must do is cut out all things that are sour from your diet. Limes, lemons, citrus foods and yogurt, are completely prohibited for arthritic patients. Essentially, it is important for you not to add anything acidic to your food, as this will only worsen the pain in your condition. A very beneficial remedy is to chop a potato, with peel, and submerge it in a glass of water overnight. This water should be had in the morning. It is considered very useful in helping with arthritic pain. Bananas are also considered very helpful with the pain. Garlic is anti-inflammatory in nature and will help to bring down swelling and subsequently control the pain.

Consuming at least 1,200 milligrams of calcium a day is very helpful in dealing with arthritis. If you cannot find this in your daily diet, you must take supplements. Calcium rich foods would include soya beans, tofu, milk and all milk products and bone marrow. You should also store water in a copper vessel and drink from this. It is said to restore the quantities of copper required by your body. If you are in the initial stages of arthritis, you must remember to exercise daily. This will help you as nothing else can.
