Try this, it works wonders for your sinuses -
Roast some salt on a dry frying pan. Put the salt in a kerchief / tissue to make a pouch. Place the pouch at the back of your hand to check if its too hot.
Let it cool slightly if its too hot. When warm, place the salt containing pouch on your sinuses (especially if you have sinus pain on your face) and dab it now and then. Do this for 5-10 mins.
