Acid reflux alternative cures Acid reflux is a fairly common problem where the liquid content of your stomach backs up your throat. This usually causes your throat to burn. In most cases it is the food that you have eaten which causes acid reflux.
Some people have noticed that certain medication also causes this kind of an effect.
If you continue to suffer from this complaint for some time and if you notice any blood in your stools, you should instantly consult your doctor since this could be indicative of some other complaint. When you experience acid reflux, the best thing to do is to drink a glass of spring water.
You can also add one table spoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink this thrice a day.
Eating oily food is likely to aggravate your stomach and it is better to avoid this. Ensure that you eat your last meal of the day with at least two hours for your food to be digested. Eating meals at regular time will help you. A long gap between meals can also can problems. Eating snacks between meals will also reduce chances of developing acid reflux. Ensure that you get sufficient hours of sleep and that you get some kind of physical exercise.
