Causes and Natural Treatment for Piles

The cause of the piles that you have developed is obviously your constipation. If you have to strain to release feces, then your anal lining will get damaged in the process, thus leading to the kind of piles you have. You are extremely fortunate that these are still dry piles that have not yet started bleeding, as that would make the situation out of control.

To begin treating your piles, you must first increase intake of fiber in your diet. This will cause your stools to soften and they will come out more easily. If this does not help, try to drink a teaspoon of milk of magnesia before bedtime.

This should help to soften your stools considerably. Temporarily cut back on consumption of meat, which tends to toughen stools.

You can also apply a lubricant, such as olive oil or plain petroleum jelly to your anal opening. Use your finger to insert some lubricant about an inch into the opening as well. This will facilitate your motions. You can also apply aloe vera gel to your anal opening. This will provide relief from pain during a motion. You must also eliminate using toilet paper and start washing with your hands after motions. This will help you to heal faster and better.
