Causes and Treatment for Dehydration
I am sorry, but I fail to understand what exactly you mean when you say that you are losing a lot of water. Does this mean that you are losing water through dehydration? This is usually the most common way of losing water.
If you are urinating far more than usual and losing water that way, then you do need to see your doctor at the earliest.
You can prevent dehydration by adopting some easy steps. Of course, the easiest remedy is to ensure that you drink lots of water.
This will help combat the dehydration. Always carry a bottle of water with you. Take frequent sips from this. Fruit juices will also help. You can dilute the fruit juices to ensure that you get more liquid. Fruits like water melon, grapes, and apples can also help since they have high water content. You should eat lots of yogurt and drink buttermilk. You should completely stop drinking tea and coffee. Alcoholic beverages should also be avoided. Avoid eating food that is made of white flour. Similarly, fried and spicy food should be avoided. Instead you should ensure that you eat salads and easy to digest food like rice. Taking a cool shower can help too. You can take two to three showers in a day. Stay indoors when you feel dehydrated. Stay cool by using air conditioners.
