Natural Treatment for Urinary Tract Infection
A bladder infection is otherwise known as a urinary tract infection. This affects your urinary tract and causes acute discomfort while passing urine. In some cases people also have a fever.
However, the most common symptoms of a bladder infection are a burning sensation while passing urine. If you notice any blood in your stools or in your urine, then this is a matter of concern and should be brought to the notice of a doctor at once.
Drinking water relieves the pain and discomfort associated with the infection.
Sip water throughout the day. Most fruits juices are also helpful in reducing the pain and discomfort. Diluting the fruit juices helps increase your intake of water. Cranberry juice is accepted as the most effective of fruit juices when it comes to curing an infection of the bladder. Standing under a lukewarm shower can also give you relief from the burning. Immersing yourself in a tub of water is also a good idea.
Food that is spicy and oily will only cause more discomfort and so should be avoided. Instead you can eat light food. Eat fruits since they contain water. Dress yourself in loose clothes made of natural fibers. Washing yourself frequently can also help you feel comfortable.
