Information on stomach pain

My stomach has been hurting for years and it gets swollen and really bloated but doctors say there's nothing wrong with me and I don't know what to do anymore. I know something might be going on with my intestines since I also have a lot of gas.

Advice on Stomach Pain

If you have been suffering from a pain in the stomach for several years and you have also noticed the regular development of gas, it is obvious that this problem is related to your dietary habits. You can help yourself by making a few changes in your diet.

You need to ensure that your stomach is regularly cleaned.

For this you should ensure that you move your bowels every single day. Eating a diet rich in fibers will help you do this. Avoid any food that contains white flour and dairy products like cheese.

Instead, you should eat fruits and vegetables. Increasing your intake of water will help you too. Drinking warm water during the day will also help prevent the development of gas. You should eat your food at regular times and avoid long gaps between meals. Drink some warm milk at bedtime and replace your regular coffee or tea with a glass of warm water with a tablespoon of honey and some lemon juice stirred into it. Avoid eating vegetable like potatoes, cauliflower, and broccoli in large quantities. Ensure that your evening meal is eaten early. Chew a pinch of carom seeds with a glass of warm water. You can also use a paste of asafoetida and water on your stomach to reduce the gas in your stomach.
