Natural Treatment for UTI Pain

A Urinary tract infection can cause a lot of discomfort. If you have an infection of the urinary tract, you will constantly experience an urge to pass urine. You will notice that you experience a burning sensation when you pass urine.

You may also have a pain in your abdomen and the lower back. Sometimes an infection is accompanied by fever too. However you don't sound very certain that you do have a urinary tract infection.

You should consult a doctor about these symptoms.

You can try to get rid of the infection with some easy remedies. The easiest way to get the infection out of your body is by flushing it out with lots of water. You can also drink fruit juices. Cranberry juice, it is generally believed, is beneficial in this condition. Your food should contain plenty of fruits and raw vegetables. Spicy and oily food should be avoided.  You will find it soothing to wash yourself with cool water. Immersing yourself in a tub of lukewarm water can also give you relief.  Another easy remedy that you can try is using cold compress. Lie down flat on the ground and apply a cold compress to your lower abdomen. Change the water as often as necessary.
