Weight loss exercise tips

Losing weight is a two-fold process. You must combine a proper eating schedule with an appropriate exercise program in order to lose weight and keep the excess weight off. Try to begin your day with a glass of warm water to which half a lime and a tablespoon of honey has been added.

The combination is an excellent way to cut fat, and you will see results in almost as soon as a week. Green tea is also a very effective way to cut back on caffeine in your system as well as lose fat from the body. Try to replace your morning cup of coffee with this.

Sipping warm water all day will also help considerably in loosening lipids and therefore lessening the fat quotient in your body. Avoid alcohol and fizzy drinks – both will add to fat in your body.

Try to work a routine of simple aerobic exercise for 30 minutes daily into your schedule. If you are unable to go for this kind of exercise, you can try brisk walking out of doors for at least 40 minutes. Do not worry if you cannot do this everyday. Just remember, you can actually lose weight on a daily basis, even if it just is a few grams. The day you do not exercise, you will simply not lose anything. So, to answer your question, if you are exercising every alternate day, you will still lose weight, just that the process will be slower. Just do not cheat on your diet.
