Low blood pressure alternative cure Visit your physician to confirm which of the following techniques are best suited for your needs. Your fluid intake needs to be monitored and controlled carefully. Avoid alcoholic drinks. Instead, drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Drink sports drinks that are high on sodium. They are perfect after a good workout and are actually a necessity if you exert yourself in extremely hot weather.
Another thing to remember is this – exercise does not mean lifting heavy weights. Indulge in a good, light cardio workout. Avoid heavy weights and muscular strains. And instead of eating 3 or less large meals a day, try eating 5 small meals daily. Increase the amount of salt that you normally ingest. This of course is something you should not do if you already suffer from a history of thyroid problems. Besides this, one of the best and most natural ways to increase low blood pressure is to workout. Regular exercise brings up the present flow of blood and thus improves your overall health. Another simple home remedy is to place a wooden block or something under the head of your bed to tilt your sleeping place by about 10 degrees. This will help you in the long run too, surely.
Diet, exercise, lifestyle – with these under control, your blood pressure will follow suit. We wish you all the best and good health!
