The first thing you need to figure out is this – why are you getting these frequent body aches? Once that is done, you will know exactly how to tackle it. The usual meaning of having a body ache that is constant is a trauma or a dysfunctional body.

Firstly, start yourself off on a healthy diet – lots of fruits and vegetables, 10 to 12 glasses of water a day and avoidance of junk food.
Make sure that you get plenty of exercise – whether it's a lifestyle work out (walks to the store and back) or a work out in the gym. The work out is meant to tone and strengthen your body – not make you look like Hercules. Work out to get fit. Try Yoga to relax and get yourself flexible and fit.
Body aches are usually accompanied by swelling. So, if you get rid of the swelling, the body ache subsides too. Drinking barley water is a good and effective remedy to swelling. Avoid drinks that dehydrate – alcohol, coffee and salty stuff. A great diet always helps - you know that!
