Tips to remove facial hair

Before you embark upon any methods and remedies to remove facial hair, please do remember that having a fine sprinkling of downy hair on the face is normal. If it is too thick and gives the appearance of dark skin, then it is a problem. The simplest solution for this is usually to apply hydrogen peroxide on the area evenly and wash it after about 10 minutes. This will need to be done on a daily basis for at least a week before you can see any positive results. Lime juice is a natural bleaching agent that can also be applied to the area frequently in the same fashion. Just remember that once you follow these two forms of treatment, you must not go into the sun without applying sunscreen since these things tend to make your skin photosensitive and more prone to tanning.

Take a ball of freshly kneaded dough, dip it in any oil and rub the entire “hairy” area mildly with this for about 10 minutes. This will help you to get rid of excessive hair from the root. However, in order to make this change permanent, you would have to follow this procedure for about a year. You can also make a thick paste of gram flour and yogurt and leave it on till it semi-dries. Rub this off with vigorous strokes, and it will bring out unwanted hair with it. Follow this procedure at least twice a week
