Overall health advice If you are having all these problems collectively, you would need a medical examination to determine if there is a single cause for them, or they are all occurring due to assorted causes. But when put together, all these symptoms sounds like allergies. Again, you would need to determine this from a doctor.
Meanwhile, there are certain home remedies you can follow to chase away your symptoms individually.
If you can include a 30 minute exercise session in your daily routine, you will be able to get rid of the fatigue and headaches, and your overall health will also improve considerably. You can also increase your water intake to about 10 litres day at least, as this will also help you achieve overall better health.
For a stuffy nose and sore throat, you can make a tea with fresh ground ginger and peppercorns in it and have this while hot twice a day. This will help heal your throat as well as clear the stuffiness from your nose. For minor stomach pains, you would have to determine whether they are topical or internal. If they are surface pains, a massage with warm coconut oil should be very helpful. If they are internal, you would need a medical opinion before you do anything for them.
