Natural Remedies for Arthritis

Raisins soaked in gin is one of the most effective and popular treatment for arthritis. Take few raisins and place them in a bowl with gin. Allow all the gin to evaporate and collect the moist raisins. Preserve these moist raisins in a tight jar and eat about 9-10 raisins every day. This will show miraculous results in curing arthritis.

Apart from consuming raisins soaked in gin, you can also experiment the following remedies for arthritis:

  • Natural herbs such as alfalfa, boswellia, feverfew, ginger, cat’s claw, celery seeds, willow bark, yucca, horsetail and corn silk are the most essential herbs for relieving pain, reducing swelling and restoring blood vessels around inflamed tissues.
  • Olive leaf extract contains oleuropein that plays a vital role in destroying microbes responsible for arthritis. Olive leaf is also considered to be one of the most effective and significant natural antibiotics.
  • Nettle leaf has anti-inflammatory properties and aids in reducing inflammation.
  • Cayenne contains capsaicin that aids in inhibiting release of a neurotransmitter that is responsible for communicating pain sensation and thus helps in relieving pain.
  • Turmeric contains curcumin that has excellent pain relieving properties.
  • Eat plenty of sulfur rich foods as sulfur aids in maintaining healthy bones and cartilages.
