Natural cure for detoxification 

There are a number of ways you could cleanse your system of toxins that have accumulated due to poor diet, irregular schedules, or illness. You could start by making sure you drink at least 2 liters of water everyday. Make sure you have pure, unflavored water.


Avoid drinking aerated drinks (like sodas), alcoholic beverages, tea or coffee. If it is difficult to give up your morning cup of tea or coffee substitute it with green tea or any other herbal tea (cinnamon, chamomile, gingerroot are all great options). You can have a tall glass of warm water with some lemon juice and dark honey blended in first thing in the morning.


This is a great way to get your system in the ‘cleansing' mode.

Increase your intake of fiber-rich foods such as raw fruits and lightly cooked vegetables. Whole-wheat breads and pastas are great alternatives to the conventionally available ones. Try layering slices of avocado and tomato tossed in some olive oil, sea salt, and cayenne pepper between thick slices of whole wheat bread, for a filling and nutritious lunch. Make sure you get at least eight hours of sleep every night, and avoid eating large meals after eight o' clock in the evening. Pamper yourself with soothing baths using essential oils such as tea tree oil or lavender. To cleanse not just your body, but your mind as well, indulge in some soothing activity of choice such as meditation, nature walks, or a day by the seaside.
