Natural remedy for obesit There are several natural ways to battle obesity. A highly effective measure is to drink a glass of hot water with half a lime squeezed into it and a teaspoon of honey mixed in. This should be had even before you brush your teeth in the morning. Results show up sometimes in as little as a week. Hot water and lime cut fat almost instantly, while warm honey melts fat molecules. Cutting back on caffeine and related products will also help burn fat faster. You can switch to green tea instead, which is not only healthier, but it also has fat burning properties. Drink at least 20 glasses of water throughout the day. This will help clean your system and will also help reduce your cravings for snacks. If the water is warm, it will also help burn fat slowly and constantly.
Try to add a simple routine of aerobic exercise for 30 minutes daily. If your schedule does not permit this, you can try brisk walking outdoors. Stop consuming alcohol and fizzy drinks, as both will add to the fat in your body. Small changes in your diet and lifestyle could make big differences. Eat yogurt instead of ice cream. Opt for whole grain bread instead of white. Eat a fresh fruit instead of a snack of chips. These may sound like insignificant changes, but they will make a big difference to your weight loss attempt.
