Gall bladder advice Most people who have undergone a gall bladder surgery find that eating fatty food is unsuited to their constitution. They complain of putting on weight that they simply cannot lose later. Taking these facts into consideration it seems to me that it would be safe for you to put off drinking coffee for some more time.
However, you have not mentioned when exactly you had your surgery and your experience after this. It is a little difficult to offer any kind of suggestions with so little information. Therefore I would suggest that you visit your doctor and consult him about the right food to eat after you have had a gall bladder surgery.
In the meanwhile all I can suggest is that keep off all fatty, fried food. Stick to natural food and ensure that all your meals have plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. Avoid drinking coffee or tea. You should certainly avoid eating sugar or any sugary food items since these generally do not agree with people who have had a surgery. These restrictions will help you avoid putting on weight. If you notice an increase in your weight after your surgery you should consult your doctor about the right time to begin some regular exercise.
