Home remedy for intestinal worms 

Intestinal worms can be kept in check by making some extremely simple changes in your eating habits. Include fresh fruits like coconut and papaya in your diet. Both of these are high in therapeutic properties and will help in getting rid of worms by passing them out in the faeces.


Pomegranate is astringent in nature and will help by killing worms naturally before they can grow and develop to do more harm. Pineapple juice also helps in the same way. A tried and tested old-time remedy is warm carrot juice with a dash of ginger added to it.


You should have this at least thrice a day, as this will also facilitate your bowel movements and help flush out the worms from that route. For worms that are slightly more stubborn, you can try something stronger. Take a clove of raw garlic and make a couple of grooves in the tip. Insert this into your anus and leave it on for at least two hours. The oil from the garlic clove should move into your intestine and help in getting rid of the worms. This is a very difficult remedy to follow, and should be used as a last resort. You must also make it a point to have a tablespoon of castor oil and chase it down with warm milk before going to bed every night. Castor oil is considered therapeutic in dealing with worms of any kind.
