Home remedy for losing weight -

1. Drink 2 big glasses of warm water daily in the morning just after waking up .

2. Go for 1 hour brisk walking daily early before sunrise.

3. Drink a lot of water, a minimum of 2 -3 glasses 10 minutes before meals.


4. Do pranayam in Yoga daily for 1/2 hour on empty stomach or 5 hours after food.

5. Take a homeopathic medicine containing phytolacca berry 1x to 6x, 5 tablets once at bed time daily.
