Natural cure for Pyorrhoea disease Pyorrhoea is a disease that refers to pus discharge or bleeding of gums. One of the causes for pyorrhoea is lack of dental care. You can try the following home remedies for pyorrhoea:
- Mix a cup of carrot juice with an equal amount of spinach and drink it at least one a day on a regular basis.
- Cut a lemon, take one of its half and rub it on your gums. You might experience a tingling sensation, but this helps to reduce bleeding of the gums.
- Eat some source of vitamin C on a daily basis. Raw guava is a very good source of Vitamin C. So take a raw guava, cut it into four, apply a little salt on each piece, and eat the pieces.
- Eat fruits such as cucumbers, apples, and papayas.
- Brush your teeth at least twice in a day. Every morning and night, after you brush your teeth, take a mixture of mustard oil and a small amount of salt and apply it on your gums by using your forefinger. Alternatively, you can dip a ball of cotton wool in mustard oil and then rub the damp cotton ball on your gums.
- Take some sesame oil in your mouth and try to gargle it in your mouth or at least let the oil remain in your mouth for about 10 minutes.
- Lastly, as part of regular oral hygiene, rinse your mouth properly after every meal and visit your dentist at least once in three months.
