Got neck pain like its a pinched nerve. how do i cure it?

Natural cure for neck pain - - Just apply ice pack for 5 seconds then hot fermentations for 5 seconds repeat this for 5 minutes. Do this 2 times in a day.
- Take a homeopathic remedy called as Rhus tox 1m, 2 doses at 3 hours gap.
Just wait and watch for 24 hours. If no relief take 2nd dose. - Take 1/2 spoon of turmeric in hot milk and drink itt
Drink this 2 times dailyy
