Question on coping with insomnia

I have difficulty in getting sleep whether it is afternoon or night. The worst is that I feel sleepy but i don't fall asleep. Will you please help me?

Coping with insomnia -

1. Take a warm shower just before retiring to bed.

2. Go to bed 2-3 hours after meals.

3. Consume 1 tsf honey in 1 cup warm water just before going to bed.


4. Read a story book or holy books that would help you sleep.

5. Do yoga postures such as pranayam especially Bhastrika and anulom vilom for 10 minutes each before going to bed.
