• Apply a mixture of coconut oil and olive oil once every alternate night. Massage it for 5 minutes slowly. Let it for 5-8 hours.

• Take vegetable juices or fresh fruit juices. Avoid soft drinks.
  
  
  
• Take a homeopathic remedy called as Kali sulph 6c, 5 pills daily once at bed time.Take this for a month.
