Helicobacter Pylori is a bacterium which is a main cause of various diseases such as peptic ulcer, gastritis, duodenal ulcer and also cancer. The bacterium affects various areas of the stomach but in most cases, it does not show any signs of presence. One of the main causes of helicobacter pylori is consumption of unhygienic foods and drinks.

A glassful of almond milk should also be consumed to cure peptic ulcer. It can be cured by drinking chamomile tea at least three times in a day. Gastritis causes an inflammation in the linings of the stomach. It causes indigestion, nausea, vomiting sensation and vertigo. Coconut water is an effective home remedy for gastritis. Consume a glassful of coconut water at least four times in a day to achieve relief from gastritis. These are some of the diseases that are caused by the helicobacter pylori.

By applying these treatments, h pylori will vanish from your system and cure its related diseases. It is very important to keep in mind some precautions which will not cause h pylori to strike back. Eat clean and hygienic food which is prepared in a germ-free environment. Avoid eating food that is prepared or sold at a public place. Always wash your hands with an antiseptic soap before eating your meals. Smoking should be stopped immediately as it gives rise to the bacterium. Drinking water should be germ and bacteria free. The diet should consist of healthy foods such as green vegetables, white meat and fresh fruits. Food should be consumed in small portions and in a slow manner.
