Increase your liquid diet.
Mash a ripe banana and mix it with 1 tsp of tamarind pulp and a pinch of salt.
Take it twice a day.
A strong cup of black tea or coffee is also very effective in fighting this problem.
Make a paste of 15-20 curry leaves and have it with 1 tsp honey.
Eat 1 ripe banana with 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder.
Drink 1 glass of fresh Pomegranate juice at least 3-4 times a day.
Mix 1 tsp of date paste with 1 tsp honey, have it 4-5 times day.
Make cardamom tea by mixing 1/4 tsp of powdered cardamom in a light tea water solution.
Boil them together and add little sugar for taste, once warm drink it.
