What is Flaxseed Oil?

Flaxseed, also known as linseed, is the seed that is derived from the flax seed plant. In the past, the oil obtained from these seeds, that is, flaxseed oil was used as a source of fiber, as well as in the preparation of balms and topical creams that were used for inflammation of the skin.
