Home Remedies for Premature Ejaculation
by Garreth Myers
Premature ejaculation
is a very embarrassing condition in which a man is not able to hold his erection for long, and ejaculates before the partner is satisfied. This leaves the partner unsatisfied and the intercourse less than desirable. For most couples, premature ejaculation can be a really embarrassing condition.
Though it is a common sexual complaint, there is not much that the medical community has been able to do with regards to its treatment. In premature ejaculation, the man may ejaculate before performing intercourse, or soon after.
Here are some
herbal remedies for premature ejaculation
:
Take some seeds from green onions and add them to a glass of water.
Stir the water well and sip it before each meal that you consume. This will help you hold your erection for a longer period of time.
Another one of the
premature ejaculation natural remedies
is ginseng. This is an herbal remedy that helps increase the blood flow to the groin region. Add half a teaspoon of ginseng to a glass of warm goat’s milk and consume it after your lunch.
For
curing premature ejaculation
you can use some saffron. Saffron has long been known as a natural aphrodisiac and it also improves libido. Soak ten whole almonds in water and leave them overnight. Peel off the skins of the almonds in the morning and blend the almonds in a blender. Add this paste to warm milk and add to this some saffron, cardamom and a pinch of ginger. Drink this every morning with your breakfast.
Gently massage the groin region with castor oil. This will also improve the blood flow to your groin and help you hold your erection for longer. Rub using gentle, circular strokes from the base of your penis to its top. Do not use hard strokes and keep the massage gentle.
Avoid using alcohol excessively. Also avoid smoking a lot, as this could diminish your strength and cause you to ejaculate prematurely. If you have symptoms of premature ejaculation, you should stop smoking and drinking immediately.
Keep your body and mind healthy. To do this, you should exercise regularly and eat healthy. Meditate every day and perform breathing exercises. It is important to keep your body and mind free of stress. Meditation can be used to reduce stress. Also surround yourself with positivity. In case you are depressed, or suffering from any other mental or emotional problem, seek professional help.
Give special attention to your diet. Add foods like shellfish, fish and ginger to your diet. To a warm cup of milk, add some ginger and honey. Drink this half an hour before you are planning to have intercourse. This will help deal with premature ejaculation. Some of the other foods that can improve libido include celery, fennel, carrots, onions and bananas.
There are some techniques that can be used to improve performance in the bed. When you feel you are close to an orgasm, and are about to ejaculate, pull out and wait for about 30 seconds before you begin again.
Boil one cup of milk with asparagus root and consume this twice a day.
Premature Ejaculation Supplements
Premature ejaculation supplements can often be used to treat this condition. You can get yourself a
premature ejaculation solution
that consists of nutrients and natural supplements to treat the condition. The
natural supplements for premature ejaculation
come in many forms. You can get capsules, tablets and solutions to treat this condition. There are many commercial medications and natural supplements which are available in the market today. However, since premature ejaculation can usually not be treated completely, these supplements are often rendered useless.
There can be a lot of emotional and physical conditions that contribute to premature ejaculation, and the best way to approach the treatment of this condition is to treat the underlying conditions responsible for this health problem. If you are able to address these underlying causes successfully, you could treat the problem completely. There are some herbs that can be used to make natural supplements that can improve blood flow to the genitals, improving your performance in bed. Researches have shown that if you have hormonal conditions that cause this problem, herbal supplements are not likely to help in your treatment. A lot of doctors recommend the intake of antidepressants for curing premature ejaculation.
Medications and natural supplements should only be consumed on the recommendation of a doctor. These supplements as well as medications can have a lot of negative side effects and therefore caution is necessary before consuming them. A large percentage of men who experience premature ejaculation may have health problems related to the prostate gland. You should get the prostate gland checked up as soon as possible in order to nip any health problems in the bud. It is therefore always better to discuss your problem with a doctor before you start with natural remedies and self-medications.
Preventing premature ejaculation
is not always possible as underlying causes can manifest into this condition; however, a good diet, regular exercises, and maintaining emotional well-being can help.
