Vertigo is a rather common condition all over the world and can affect the person’s lifestyle to a substantial degree when faced with the more serious versions of the condition. Essentially, when affected by the condition one would feel the entire surrounding moving or spinning when you are actually standing still. It is important to understand that the condition is medically considered to be different from dizziness.


This condition is purely construed out of the illusion of movement while dizziness does include some amount of physical movement of the person. Some of the more prominent symptoms of the condition include a blurring of the vision, inability to hear, facial paralysis, a feeling of nausea as well as heart palpitations and a feeling of numbness.

For instance, a mixture of lemon juice, slat and black pepper is known to be very effective in reducing the vertigo lightheadedness that a patient is likely to experience at that time. One could also increase their consumption of strawberries as it is known to be a very good natural remedy for vertigo. This is because strawberries have higher quantities of vitamin C than orange juice. Consuming strawberries with a cup of yogurt and some milk is likely to appeal to your taste buds as well. As mentioned before, the treatment will be help substantially by making a few adjustments to your lifestyle as well. It is important that you avoid consumption of alcohol, coffee or tea. You would also need to increase your intake of protein rich foods as they are known to help reduce the severity of the condition.
